Rebecca Health is swapping the beach for the training pool this summer in a bid to make it to the Special Olympics World Summer Games in Los Angeles, USA in 2015.

On 2 November 2011, eleven members of the Special Olympics Hawke's Bay swim squad competed against 78 Queensland swimmers in the Stingers Masters Club Swimming Carnival in Brisbane.
