New Zealand Riding for the Disabled Association (NZRDA) provides confidence, independence and well-being for people with disabilities through therapeutic horse riding and horse care.
NZRDA has at its core the provision of education, therapeutic riding and sport and recreation. NZRDA is part of a global voluntary organisation.

New Zealand Riding for the Disabled and Special Olympics New Zealand have a long, mature and mutually supportive relationship. In late 2010, this relationship will become official through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.
