2013 World Winter Games

The next Special Olympics World Games take place in PyeongChang, South Korea. The 2013 Special Olympics World Winter Games will feature world-class competition in alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, figure skating, snowboarding and speedskating, among other sports.

We are very excited to announce our team to go to the Games!  We will be profiling team members in our Fanletter each month and also here on our website so make sure you check back regularly!

Last month our Head of Delegation, Brian Benn attended a three-day seminar in PyeongChang, the trip gave Brian the opportunity to check out the venue's facilities, learn more about how the event will be run, and meet with HoDs and representatives from other countries attending next year's Games.
