What do you think of the World Summer Games so far?

It's been cool!

What's been the highlight?

Rhodes, especially the pool. Any free time we had we spent in the pool.

How many World Summer Games pins from other countries have you collected so far?

I have heaps and I gave one of the Canada ones to my niece.

What's your favourite music?

I like Paramore and the Twilight sound track and the Jonas Brothers.

Who is here supporting you?

My mum, my stepdad, my sister and my niece.

Teresa Nicol

What's been the highlight for you?

The Greek culture, the different environment. I prefer this country to somewhere like Australia or America. I love the surroundings and its great to be part of this experience.

Do you like Greek food?

I love international food so I have adapted very well to the heat and the food.

What is your favourite music?

R'n'B and hip hop. I really like Rihanna and Usher.

Who are the rock stars in the New Zealand team?

I think the pin-up would have to be Sam Donaldson from the swim team. He has got the X-factor and he is a very humble man. He's also learnt basic Greek so we can speak Greek to each other.

Who is here supporting you?

My Mum made the trip because my Dad is recovering from an illness at the moment.

How have you done so far at the Games?

I've won two gold medals but the most exciting thing for me isn't my own performances but watching other people in the team do well. It is great to see them with a big smile on their face and happy to be here. That is what the Special Olympics Summer Games are all about.
