Crystal joined the board in 2025 as an Emerging Director. From Ngāti Porou iwi with Asian heritage, Crystal has a family connection with our Intellectual Disability community with her sister having Down syndrome. Crystal is currently the Head of APAC Launch at Halter and has previously held senior marketing, strategy and digital transformation roles at ASB and Outward Bound.
